Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your progress, points, themes, and transaction history cannot be recovered.

How to Request Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and data, please send an email to our support team from the email address registered to your QuizMasterElite account.

Please format your email as follows:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Include your exact QuizMasterElite Username.
Note: You must email us from the exact email address linked to the account to verify ownership.

What Happens Next?

⏳ 30-Day Process

Upon receiving your verified request, we will process the deletion of your account within 30 days.

💎 Points Forfeited

All accumulated points, achievements, and unlocked themes will be permanently wiped from the database.

Data Retained for Legal/Fraud Prevention

While your public profile and personal gameplay data will be deleted, please be aware that certain data may be retained for a specific period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service (e.g., preventing banned users from creating new accounts).

Data retained for anti-fraud purposes is strictly localized and never shared with third-party advertisers.
