1. Eligibility

QuizMasterElite is a promotional rewards platform available exclusively to users located in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Nigeria. The use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location-masking tools is strictly prohibited and results in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated game progress.

2. Account Rules

Only one account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is considered abuse of the platform and will lead to an immediate ban of all associated accounts.

3. Points and Progress

Points earned in QuizMasterElite are digital game elements used only to measure user activity, knowledge accuracy, and platform engagement.

4. Physical Milestone Items (CJ Dropshipping)

Physical milestone prizes are fulfilled by third-party global logistics partners. Users must provide accurate shipping data. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the platform. Users are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees. Milestone items are promotional gifts and cannot be returned or exchanged for points.

5. Affiliate Program

QuizMasterElite displays links to external retail sites (e.g., Amazon). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or any transactions made on external websites. Interaction with affiliate links is voluntary and governed by the retailer’s own terms.

6. Digital Reward Distribution (PayPal)

Certain milestones may offer eligibility for digital gift transfers via PayPal. QuizMasterElite is not affiliated with PayPal. We are not responsible for issues arising from restricted, unverified, or incorrect PayPal accounts provided by the user. All digital transfers are final.

7. Social Feed

The Social Feed aggregates public content from official social media channels via public APIs. Users interacting with the feed must adhere to the community guidelines of the respective platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

8. Forfeiture of Rewards

Reward eligibility may be revoked if an account is flagged for referral abuse, manipulation of tasks, quiz timers, or surveys, or exploiting system errors. Accounts suspended for violations lose all eligibility for future rewards.
